ANALYTICAL CONSULTANTS
Michael Hill, MD and Associates is seeking full-time Healthcare Analytical Consultants with a proven track record at an Intermediate/Advanced skill level for Tableau, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft ACCESS, and to join our project team at different client hospital sites across the country.
Responsibilities:

Client interface (respond to client and consultant questions/issues and provide ongoing training)

Provide input and monitoring for project scheduling and planning

Solicit user input for new application and existing application development
-
Perform application discovery work to identify and document sources of application data in the client environment

Working to meet deadlines and monitor application performance
-
Reporting and communicating to Staff Consultants on the status of assigned deliverables
-
Perform data setup (define support tables) and validation to ensure successful application deployment
-
Coordinating with all levels of client management team(s) to ensure successful project completion
-
Support client in ad hoc report development and data extraction
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 2 years of experience with Tableau and Microsoft Office Applications

Ability to train Client Users, Client Technical Staff Representatives and Business Associates in user applications
-
Strong analytical and client relationship building skills
-
Excellent communication skills: oral, written, and interpersonal
-
Proven ability to generate, analyze, and interpret complex data and application concepts
-
Basic knowledge of application software(s) used by the Healthcare Industry

Familiarity with Healthcare (hospital) environments/culture a plus

Experience in creating and giving user presentations or lead discussions a plus

Travel Requirements:

Expect 20% travel during project duration (Mon-Thurs at client site, and Friday from home). Relocation is NOT required for this position. Client related expenses are reimbursed, and a per diem is provided.
